70s Drama

Hope someone can remember this.

A one-off drama I think possibly mid-70s. All i can remember is there is a man hiding down a hole in a grass bank, like a badger set. There is a man talking to him from outside the hole and i think the man inside shoots him with a homemade arrow. HELP!!
