  • Vampire/Dracula Ice Lollies

Hi, please be gentle as this is my first post. Didn't there used to be such a thing as A vampire ice lolly that had a red jelly like stuff in the middle? No-one seems to remember them only me.....

I remember them! They were absolutely gorgeous! They were black on the outside and stained your tongue and then you had red jelly in the middle and very possibly custard as well!

Nope, the Dracula one's were white. The blue ones were the Play Sticks with Crime Squad lollys

The Trace-a-face sticks can be found on the lolly thread.

Oh, I remember Dracula Ice Lollies. They were my absolute favourite. Forget Fabs and Zooms, Dracula's were the dogs! They also made you look tough - or so I thought when I was little.

I recalls someone saying they still make and sell the Count Dracula's Secret ice lollies somewhere in Spain. It would be wonderful if someone would import a few into the UK sometime,so we could all try them again.I am very surprised they have not got a rep operating in the UK,that's if they are still being made and sold in Spain.

It's just Dracula, not Count Dracula's Secret, and its still marketed by Walls in Spain

Thank you so much Sixtyten.I can't imagine being able to mail order them,as they would probably melt by the time they got here, and paying for refrigerated shipping would cost a fortune.I can't fathom why Walls won't re release the Dracula ice lollies here in the UK.

I'd imagine there is no market for it.
Look at the lollies they sell now.. a few of the old style ones, like Fab, but 95% are adult aimed stuff like Magnums now

the kid's lolly market is dead

                        sad

We had a 'Dracula' ice lolly or ice pop as they're called in Ireland. They sound very similar to what's been described here, I totally loved them.
