  • 1970s - early 1980s Drama - "I'll cut out your heart & liver & eat"

I remember seeing on Telly Addicts a clip from a drama made in the 1970s or early 1980s, going by the style & grainy 16mm stock.

The clip had a yokelish man threatening a boy by saying "I'll cut out your heart & liver & eat".

The man might have been played by David Jackson, it was certainly the sort of role I could see him in.

If anyone has any idea what it was please let me know.

In which case could it have been Great Expectations with Gerry Sundquist as Pip and Stratford Johns as Magwitch who would have probably said this? A BBC tv series in 1981.
