    We're really excited because, for the next three months, we will be working closely with the retro toy retailer Hawkin's Bazaar to offer all DYR visitors the chance to win some cool retro prizes. Every month in the run up to Christmas, there will be a different competition with different

    Hawkin's have some amazing retro toys available such as Big Trak, Space Hoppers and Rubik's Cubes. Please make sure you enter the competition - and have a look at their website. You might get your Christmas shopping done early this year!

      i would enter only id ave to collect my prize if i won.
      which sadly i could not do.

      but on the upside i m sure i will buy stuff from there.
      i love old retro stuff so ill be buying plenty.

          im pretty certain it said if your a winner you have to show up to collect your prize.
          if you read the terms and conditions im certain it says that.

            No I'm sure the travel bit just means say the prize was tickets to Alton Towers you'd have to make your own way there

              I've used Hawkin's many a time.

              Rocket balloons, perpetually drinking bird, music boxes... lots of lovely little novelty Christmas presents have come from them over the years.
              Nostalgic and new.
              They have shops now and are on-line, when they used to be mail-order catalogue-based.

                I'd just like to confirm that you DON'T have to turn up in person to collect the prize. The only time this would apply is if you had won tickets to a show or a concert or something like that.

                    If you follow the link Hawkin's Bazaar have a 'Retro' section which is relevant to the forum and all prizes given way are from that section. So there
