Known exclusively for their hit "Neanderthal Man", this band included three out of four members of 10cc. "Neanderthal Man" consists of only four lines, but is very catchy and was like a prelude for what 10cc would deliver.

After a brief stint as Doctor Father, the talented Graham Gouldman joined in 1972, and the group became known as 10cc. Together they scored 2 number one hits with "I'm Not In Love" and "Rubber Bullets."

In 1976 Kevin Godley and Lol Creme departed to become solo musicians and music video directors, while 10cc had their last number one hit with "Dreadlock Holiday." Graham eventually formed the moderately successful Wax.

Hotlegs were ex-Mindbenders guitarist/vocalist Eric Stewart, Kevin Godley and Lol Creme.

To me the drumming in Neanderthal Man were louder than the vocals. But I like 10cc, mind if I post it there? I got a CD called 10cc greatest hits and more, which contains Hotlegs, Godley & Creme and Wax.
