HUBBA BUBBA Bubble Blowing Doll

Does anybody remember a doll that was very popular one year that blew bubblegum bubbles. It was not a Barbie type size, more of a Tiny tears size but stood upright. It wore jeans, white trainers and had a red t-shirt.

The bubbles were actually small pink balloons. The dolls right arm moved up and down which inflated the balloon to appear as if the doll was blowing bubblegum bubbles.

I think that the doll was made by or associated with Hubba Bubba, but am not certain.

Any ideas?
