Does anybody remember the Uncle books? I loved them. Uncle was a millionaire elephant, who wore a purple dressing gown, and who lived in an enormous castle called Homeward. His arch enemy was the fiendish Beaver Hateman.

Yeah I remember, he lived in this massive great castle, his beat friends were a monkey and a miser and he had a brother who was a big game hunter. The baddies lived in a castle opposite called Badfort and one of them was an enormous jelly?
