Does anyone remember a weekly magazine called Plus which was free with the local newspaper on Wednesdays circa 1987-1990? The Nottingham Evening Post had one free with the newspaper each week for a while, and I assume that other local newspapers did the same.

There was a Coronation Street Duckworths' house scene from around 1990 where Curly and Kimberley were staying, and they had a Plus Magazine in shot in one of the scenes, so I assume that the Manchester Evening News was also one of the local newspapers that participated with enclosing the free magazine. There are some 1989 copies of the magazine on EBay.

I assume that it was the London Evening Standard that coordinated the publication and distribution for local newspapers around the country, and that it was national but with local newspapers. Does anyone remember it back then when they got their local newspaper on Wednesdays?
I've everything I need to keep me satisfied
There's nothing you can do to make me change my mind
    I'm having so much fun
    My lucky number's one
