I've always been a big comics fan.

TV21 and the Joe90 comic in the 60s (boy, I wish I still had them now!) onto Whoopee! in the early 70s and then got bitten by the Marvel superhero bug. Their UK versions of Spider Man, The Avengers and about a dozen other variations kept me going until 2000AD came along in 78(?).

And although I never actually got the comic I always had a Whizzer and Chips annual every Xmas!
