Does anyone remember Holiday Hypermarket?

I remember as a kid in the late nineties, early noughties going to a travel agents with family called something like Holiday Hypermarket to book our holiday. It was like a theme park inside, with a full size car simulator, a section of airplane you could sit in and other cool features which I can't remember. I tried searching online for it, but couldn't find any pics or even reference to it. Anyone else remember it?

After scouring the internet for a bit I managed to find a few pictures buried away. It's exactly how I remembered it with car simulator and even some other elements I didn't remember. I thought I was going crazy and made it up in my head. If anyone has any more info or pics I'd love to hear or see.
