Mid 80's object, any clue what this thing was?!

I will be amazed if anyone can help me, I don't hold out much hope. It's been bugging me for ages. When I was a small child in the mid 80's I vividly remember playing with an object at my nans house. It wasn't a toy, but what I assume was some kind of practical gift holder. It was (or I at least thought it was) a black cart, as in horse and cart, a bit smaller than 'barbie' size, with red velvet inside, and where the seat would be, it had attached metal rings, maybe 6 or 8, that I assume used to hold small bottles or some kind of gift thing. I don't remember any wheels on the cart, or even what the front looked like. My memory could be distorted obviously, and there's nothing to say it was even from the 80's. I've drawn a basic pic to show what I mean. If any one has any clue what this could be or remembers any thing
remotely like this, I would appreciate it! : )
