Dreamland Margate Reopens

Fond memories of this place... went on a school trip there in 1976
Sad to see it's decline over the years, as Margate has a great beach but the town was dying a death

Now its back and I will be making a pilgrammage there to see it restored to its former glory

Thanks for the link I went there in 1973 with my relations that live in Kent.I remember going on the wooden roller coaster sitting in the front and screaming on the top waiting for the drop down,great fun and memories.
Great news to hear it will be reopening soon,much better than building flats,should bring back more tourist to the area.
