Yes, I remember the rag and bone man. Where would you get bones from to give them?
At one time they used to give goldfish in a bag like at the fair, then it was balloons. Now it's a truck that plays "Any old Iron" as it comes round and then a voice asks for you unwanted metal, no rags or bones just metal stuff.
