read and listen

Hi

I hope someone can help me.

I am trying to remember the name of a magazine series in the late 70s/early 80s.

I think it was a series of about 30 and it was a children's story and a tape of the story. Something lke Read and Listen.

I'm trying to see if they are still published or available anywhere
I never had it but my friend got it every month and I loved it.

Hope someone knows what I'm talking about and help me out.

I checked it out and it's not the same one. This was for sale in the newsagent.

I do remember SRA at school, though, It was a box of cards - different levels and colours - You read the card and then answered loads of questions, moving up till you'd done it all.
Antone else remember that? I always remember the one about Cat's eyes

Was it called story teller? You got a magazine and a casette every week or fortnight. The magazines went in a blue folder and there was a blue box for the casettes. When you had to turn a page in the magazine when listening to the story there was a ping on the tape to tell you to do so.

Oooh i used to have loads of Story Teller tapes and mags. I loved them!
