very half remembered thing

had a flash of some white clay pipe thing which tasted awful, i kind of think we put water in it and blew, it made a sound.

anyone know what i'm thinking of, that's all i remember of it.

I remember a pipe that you blew bubbles from ,and also one which when you blew it had a multi coloured ball that spun round in a little plastic cage on the end.
