I'm really shocked to hear of Burt Reynold's passing. I think I first saw him in Dan August, the TV series he made in the early 70s. Very sad news. RIP.Comment

Recerntly heard, his co-star Sally Field, in the Smokey & the Bandit films, who played Frog, were in a real life relationship as Sally & Burt
Haven't heard much about Burt since the Smokey films

Do you really believe the other side without provocation would launch so many ICBM's, subs and ships knowing that we would have no option to launch as well? It would break our MAD Treaty (Mutually Assured Destruction) not to mention the end of the world as we know it.

In one of his last roles he played Boss Hogg in the Dukes of Hazzard movie. And James Best who was Sheriff Roscoe in the TV series was in a number of movies with Burt Reynolds, notably "Hooper."Comment

Last thing i saw Burt in was the tv show Fast and loud, they were building a trans-am and they visited Burts home as a bet to see if they could get his autograph on the glove box, he was very accomodating and happy to chat a while but he looked very frail.Ejector seat?...your jokin!Comment
