I'm one of the believers ( some are and some aren't and some couldn't care less! ) that the character he played in Danger Man was the same character he played in the Prisoner.

There was never any proof of this but a lot of 'coincidences' in both series..

In Danger Man he was a disillusioned secret agent who was considering retiring

In The Prisoner he was a 'retired secret agent' who perhaps knew too much.

People in minor roles with the same names and played by the same actors popped up in both series
