Hi I was born in 1969 and in the early 70s I went to UK infants school where I learned to read by these red books, I'm trying to remember what they were called all I know is they were "Red Book 1" and "Red Book 2" and so on does anyone know if the titles are correct? or give me a link to them on the web. They had a picture on each page and some text below so you could learn by what was going on in the picture.
I know they were not Janet and John books but they had red covers and I think called "Red Book 1" can anyone confirm this and send me a link?
