so many classics to choose from. the e type would be at number one spot, closely followed by the citroen ds.

One of many has to be the Jensen Interceptor which if I remember correctly had a 7.1 litre engine. Similar to the de Lorean the Interceptor had problems with the electrics which was a fire risk. Sadly Jensen went into receivership/Chapter 13 in 1976

I have many memories of old cars growing up as we had a fair few.

The first car I remember was a black Morris Minor MM (800cc), my dad still has it and is restoring it as it's been off the road for thirty-odd years. We all went to Vange Zoo in it, four adults and five kids, couldn't do that now!
Vauxhall Victor - we inherited from a friend
Ford Anglia (estate) this was my mum's runaround for a bit.
Humber Hawk - this was my grandads car, black and chrome with a dar red leather interior and a walnut dashboard, he came to pick me up from junior school in it once and the kids thought it was the mayor's car.
Ford Cortina MKII - with the stripe and bench seats.
Ford Granada - this had a sunroof! how posh!
Daimler Double Six - this was a great car, so posh and lots of room. The leather seats got a bit hot though and apparently it was thirsty as hell with a 5.3 Litre V12 engine, which is why it had two fuel tanks.

Toyota Celica 2.0l ST (1982) - my first car, i thought it was pretty sporty at the time but craved a Supra.
Volvo Amazon (1966) - was my bro's but i used it when he went to Uni, could open the doors with a 5p.
BMW 728i (82) - my dad gave me this when he upgrade to an 85 m535. Was a bit underpowered for the weight of the chassis but a big car.
BMW 635csi (82) - I loved this car, my mates called it the Pimp Mobile, so good and fast, but expensive when it went wrong, which it did, a lot.

the last job i had was making rubber seals for various applications. one of the seals we made was for the rear window of the jensen interceptor.

Talking of Jensen they also produced the CV8 & the 541R & 541S if I remember correctly. These cars seem to be extremely rare
