The problem with the Mondeo is that its buyers have moved away in many different directions. Some have moved to the Focus - which is larger and more upmarket that 1990s Escorts; others have moved to compact executive cars; and others have moved towards people carriers, SUVs, and van type cars.

Mondeo's; love 'em; one of my all time favourite cars; like the 2000E Sierra Cosworth

When I hire, Mondeo's are the cars for me
