so we are celebrating 75 years since the end of the war, when i think about it i feel so lucky to have been born 15 years after it was all over and normality had returned to our cities.My parents still struggled of course but nothing like the war years. it's a real shame we cannot come together as a nation to celebrate this landmark properly.
