Valerie Bertinelli plays Stephanie Monroe, a young, divorced mother, unjustly charged with neglecting her 8-year-old daughter Abby (Juliet Sorcey). Nativity, which is set in Coventry UK, where a load of primary school kids are putting on a Nativity play in competition with the kids at the posh school down the road. The edge the primary school kids have, is that their teacher Mr Maddocks ex gf is now working for a major film studio in Hollywood. The headmistresses nephew Mr Poppy, who is very much a kid himself, though he is probably in his 20's or 30's, tells the kids they are going to be in a Hollywood movie because of their teachers dubious links with Hollywood. Mr Maddocks has to contact his ex to try to get her to convince her boss to fly over to Coventry to film the kids.

A totally hilarious film with some very funny & sweet kids
