The Apollo theatres ceiling in London has collapsed injuring 76 people thankfully nobody was killed

thankfully it wasn't the actual roof that collapsed just the ornate plaster work inside.........nothing lasts forever unfortunately.

I was just reading that the Apollo Theatre was built in 1901.

I notice the BBC has still shown a comedy programme....Live from the Apollo, tonight.
I would have thought they might have replaced it. They are normally ultra sensitive about such things.
