    Just got back from lidls shop and we could not resist the smell of bread & cakes as you walk through the door.The fresh bake section festive cookies 29p each and crumble mince pies 2 for £1 they may seem expensive but well worth it so delicious go out and try some yummy!

      Tesco are open on boxing day more than likely Asda Sainsburys and morrisons are too

        I think most shops open these days i remember stocking up on me backy and rizzla papers years ago incase run out lol not as it a problem these days as shops open xmas day now and i dont smoke anymore

            Pubs be open they never shut think its just xmas night they dont open i use to work xmas day dinner in pub use be so packed glad i got family now hate to work xmas day again now

                  Do you really believe the other side without provocation would launch so many ICBM's, subs and ships knowing that we would have no option to launch as well? It would break our MAD Treaty (Mutually Assured Destruction) not to mention the end of the world as we know it.

                      Sadly even some people who are employed have to use foodbanks as their wages are eaten up by utility bills & travel costs, such as running a car or bus or train travel to & from work & also rent/mortgage. Too think we are supposed to be a country with a good economy, definately when compared to developing countries. It used to be the norm we in the afluent West would send food & aid to those developing countries. Now we are feeling some of what the poorer countries feel though nowhere near as bad as is for them

                        If you are on your own then its more of a struggle.

                        Salvation Army have their busiest time too
