Litter Problem

I was watching a programme about litter dumped in streets delibretely no thought at all that someone else has to clean up after them.Rubbish chucked in rivers canals beaches the sea.
Volunteers going on a boat somewhere on the thames cleaning up .Divers going into sea close to the shore and the things that are dumped is shocking.No thought about the impact of fishes and wildlife.Fly tipping on the increase.Rubbish thrown out of car windows on grass verges.ruining our countryside no end to it.
