I'm the same, i fill a jug up with tap water and store it in the fridge, i used to have cans of pepsi in the fridge but i kicked that habit about 4yrs ago, water is much better. ☺Originally posted by George 1978 View PostI could easily manage eight glasses of water a day - although I always use tap water.
