Are marshmallows good or bad?

In response to popular demand, I have started this poll. I think this is a burning issue and quite frankly I'm surprised we don't hear more marshmallow debates on the TV, especially in the run up to the election.

They are definitely good. I was actually talking to a colleague who teaches food technology, and she said that even though the sugar content is phenomenal, marshmallows are actually quite a healthy food as they contain only trace fat and salt. How about that then?!

marshmallows are just divine.

be it the pink and white ones you can get in a bag.

or the ones you get covered in chocolate with a biscuit on the bottom they are small.

there are bigger ones but it seems to be cream in them.


But yes im pretty sure actual marshmallows like the bagged ones i mentioned are not to fattening.

well even if they are who thinks of that when eating them.hehe
