When our house was new & all the painters, carpet-layers, tilers etc. were in, we hung around in a bedroom with nothing but four grey walls & no heating 'til they finished at 10pm ; officially to help them if needed but really to check up on them ! Not pleasant.Into the 5th Millennium & beyond...!
