Had a pack or two of Death. Nowhere near as strong as Navy Cut. Or the Spanish imports I had that stank like silage.

I've confused the issue now..
These are the Death Cigarettes I used to get..



However, Black Death Vodka & Cigarettes are an entirely different company..

I heard of but never seen Death brand cigarattes. Recently they were available by mail order from Luxembourg, but fell foul of Customs.

I remember one of the smaller league teams tried to be sponsored by Black Death Vodka, but it was rejected by the FA.

I used to smoke them, but they were pricey even then
(1993-4ish),around £5 a pack.
The slogan was " the grim reaper don't come cheaper"

Remember DEATH cigarettes?

I think like late eighties into early nineties, they were supposed to make you really think about having a cigarette cos of black packaging with skull and crossbones on the front.

Instead it became the 'cool' brand to be seen with and as soon as a tobacconist got some in stock they were sold out.

One of my mates used to keep his old packs and buy whatever smokes he could to put in them, just to flash the box
