I too will be glad when spring comes. Saying that, I've already seen daffodils in full bloom, green shoots on tree branches and some trees with blossoms on.
There has been lots of coughs about especcially round crowded shops
Often when I catch a cold I have a lingering cough afterwards that lasts for a month or two. The kinds of colds I really hate are summer colds because the heat just adds to the misery and "dry" colds which are all internal.

Not far off now marc and St Davids day on wednesday,its getting lighter earlier in the mornings,before you know it will be the gardening season
The neighbour kid's BMW. It's so loud it sounds like a B-25 bomber taking off and I can hear it all the way in my bedroom as if I was standing next to it. And then another source of noise pollution is the PA system at the nearby school. I live about a quarter mile from it and I can often hear the announcements as if I was right there.
