Used to be a big tea drinker but for some reason during an illness I found I just could not drink it too easily afterwards. Since then it's been coffee then later to decaffeinated (excuse the spelling here ). I am partial to a fresh mint brew which seems at times to sooth the IBS.

Coffee in the morning and a tostado ( a kind of toast ) with pear jam on it from the local coffee shop. After that it's Sangria all the way !! : )

Boiled the kettle and added a sliced lemon I read it is supposed to be good for the stomach

mainly tea but coffee about halfas often as tea.
normally mellow birds which i just tried but normally coffee wise its maxwell house.
tea it can be one cup tetley and another brand name escapes me.

Bought clipper tea bags from Asda white tea also new snore & peace relaxing brew before bedtime will let you know the results tomorrow

Miles brand tea and any I can find made by independent producers -other ones I really like is Builders brand, NAAFI brand & RNLI brand amongst others
Way back in the 70's we bought Co-op 99 tea from the Co-op mobile shop
