Looked that up to confirm and he was not in Phoenix Nights. I have seen him in one or two tv shows.

BTW, Natalie Casey, the girl with the brown, curly hair, had an earlier claim to fame as she was (still is?) the youngest person to have a solo UK chart hit, albeit at #71!
