June Whitfield was not in this film. But Hattie Jacques was.

I can hear this being said but i just can't think from which film it is, could it be a film which starred June Whitfield, maybe Carry On Abroad?

    It is Carry on Camping.

If I can recall. Charles Hawtrey is walking along a lane and meets a girl with a cow.
Charles: what's a girl like you doing with a cow?
Girl: I'm taking her to see the bull.
Charles: Couldn't your father do that.
Girl: No, it has to be the bull.
    You are correct!! ☺
I'm sure i read somewhere that the young girl with the cow is actually the daughter of one of the production team.

    You're up! ☺

A bit obscure, I admit, but a quick Wikipedia will give you the answer...

Is there a scene in which Charles Hawtrey is a private investigator who follows someone into the toilets.
    Could be Carry on Spying

That is Carry On Spying, one of the very first films made. I'll give another clue...... This Carry On also stars Harry. H. Corbett! ☺
