Dschinghis Khan -- Moskau (English version) (1980)

The original German version as performed by the group in Moscow in 2005. Interestingly, the group was banned in the former Soviet Union as being "anti-Communist and nationalistic." Sadly it was one of the last performances of original member Steve Bender who died the next year.

Excellent choice!. I've been a fan of theirs ever since i heard 'Treasure' for the first time.............it's hard for me to pick a favourite track, but i love this one off 'Blue Bell Knoll'

I was at a barbecue for my niece's birthday the other day and was reminiscing with my bro-in-law about his Friday ritual in the early 90s. He'd get in from work, grab a beer, hog the bathroom and stick his music on before going clubbing. Always the same stuff on his ghetto blaster. Deacon Blue - Dignity, The Farm - Groovy train, Londonbeat - I've been thinkin about you, James - Come home, Stone Roses - Sally Cinnamon amongst others. It gave me the urge to hunt down some 90s stuff myself so went to a local goldmine called That's Entertainment and picked up James - Gold Mother, KLF -White room, Farm -best of and N-Trance - Electronic pleasure, all for £8.99. Now, where do I start?

As I type i'm listening to 'Foreigner Suite' by Cat Stevens.
It really is an epic piece of music.
Plus Billy Cobham is on the drums and he is a fantastic drummer.
I strongly suggest you all have a listen to this masterpiece.
