    He was probably the most iconic footballer of his generation. And certainly one of the first footballers to keep and flirt with the media spotlight. He even recorded a record and wrote for magazines.In the 1970's and 1980's he played for Liverpool winning all the cups and trophies a fooballer can.Perhaps he was best known (and fancied) for his curly, afro-like, hair in the 70's. He has since become a manager.

        I do have a soft spot for Kev. I loved him as a player, but I don't have much time for his managerial antics. Bit childish if you ask me.
        I too will never forget his classic rant. Hilarious!

          Loved the fact I had the same christian name as him, growing up in the 70's ...... even if he did play for the 'bin dippers' and not City!
