Also known as the Fantastic Adventures of Mr Rossi. This was a great children's cartoon featuring the Italian character 'Mr Rossi' the mustachio'd chap and his neighbours talking dog 'Harold'. This was not the typical cartoon of the 1980's, it was about a little man that was bored of his everyday life until he met 'Harold the dog' and a witch, who made his wishes come true. The theme tune was very psychadelic and italian with the words "Viva Viva Happiness", once you've heard it you will never forget it!

I remember the name and quirky theme-tune that went with it (I think?) but not the programme itself .... any links?
