I used to save up loads of these as a hobby, mostly F1 models in 1/18 scale. While they weren't the cheapest model brand out there, they seemed good value for the level of detail (priced at around £40 each when I started my collection). However, after several years of collecting with limited space to display them (and rising model prices), I decided that I'd had my fun and sold them on.
I noticed that the current model equivalents sell for around 3 to 4 times the value of when I started collecting - a good thing I ran out of space in my display cabinet when I did!
