The Wonder Stuff hit the UK charts with their first album "The Eight Legged Groove Machine" in 1988 and went on to release several more albums which were successful in the UK before they disbanded in 1994 having not been able to crack the US market.In my opinion their best song was "Size of a Cow".

A very good and underated group indeed!.

Saw them live at Southampton university before they became semi popular about 1988ish, and a couple of years later at the BIC after they'ed had a couple of hits and gained a following.
Got to say that I disagree with your opinion of their best song as I think songs such as 'Circlesquare', 'It's Yer Money I'm After Baby' and 'Wishaway' were far better.

That's a coincidence.........on tv there's just been a commercial for Hoseasons, the music is 'Wishaway'
