The Jam were quite simply the best band ever. Paul Weller on lead vocals and guitar and the main song writer. Bruce Foxton bass and Rick Buckler on drums. Some of their best songs, in my opinion, were "In the City", "Down in the Tube Station at Midnight", "Pretty Green", "Thick as Thieves", "Saturday's Kids", "That's Entertainment", "Going Underground", "Town Called Malice"... I've no room to go on. Excellent live or on vinyl but if you have to go for CD or download you wont be disappointed.
