A Small Problem

A Small Problem was a comedy program that ran sadly for just one series on BBC2 in 1987, starring Christopher Ryan (Mike from 'The Young Ones'). People under a certain height are forced to live in a 'ghetto', South of the Thames. Howard (Christopher Ryan) had always been just above the minimum height, but when the country went metric, he fell short. The series basically followed his life as he avoided the 'height police' and the ghetto.
