Texan Chocolate Bar

I can just about remember the dialogue from the whole advert. An animation of a cowboy who has been tied to a shooting post by Mexican militia. It went: (Mexican): "A last request, Gringo?"(Gringo): "Guess I'll just finish this here Texan bar." He takes so long to eat it that the Mexican soldiers/shooting squad all fall asleep and as he frees himself he says, "Everybody knows...Texan takes time... to chew."

They still make 'em, although the place I found in Bristol is always out of stock because demand is immense! Think you could get five of them for just over two quid.

There's a reason he can't get any stock..
Apart from a reissued limited edition a few years back, they do NOT still make them
last batch was 2005

Well remembered. That brought back the advert so clearly. We used to recite such things at school and I was always a stickler for accuracy (there's always one) but as far as I can recall you got it bang on! The bar itself was extremely tough and chewy - not one for those with loose teeth! Cheers.
