Victoria plum was the main character from a series of book by former TV journalist Angela Rippon in the 80s. Victoria was a tree fairy in the Great Wood, where other characters including Sugar Plum, Marsha and Ben also lived.The Victoria Plum books were so popular with imaginative little girls that she was immortalised for every more as a toy fairy doll. There was also a Christmas annual based around the fictional goings on of Victoria Plum.
