Dr. Zitbag's Transylvania Pet Shop was a 1990's animated show on CITV about an ugly mad scientist with rotten teeth, and was perpetually stooped, wearing worn and patched clothes and lived and worked in a run down castle. He was always trying to sell grotesque, monstrous pets but this usually backfired on him with unpleasant, catastrophic results, rendering the mad scientist a bit of a bungler and untrustworthy like Mr. Burns from the Simpsons.
