OK so after a little research i can reveal the name of this band is THE PIRAHNAS who had a hit in the 80s with a song called Tom hark.

And "Zambesi"!

So underated, saw them last year and they were brilliant, soooo many lineup changes it's like a soap opera but what a great band, checkout hamburger concerto and moving waves probably their best work.
