Dark Tower ???

Does anyone remember the game where you had to get to the tower in the center? It was like a big black tower and I think it made noises. I thought the game was called Dark Tower, but can't remember.

Yep, it was made by Milton Bradley in 1981.

I remember watching it at school on 'Look and Read' and the replicating our own playground version of the game whilst running around the spirals they had painted onto the playground surface! Classic

I remember this one too - my mum bought it for me for christmas although i could never encourage anyone to play it with me. the 'dark tower' in the centre of the board did indeed make noises and you had to fight 'brigands' as one of the challenges.

There's a you tube vid of 4 guys getting drunk while playing dark tower! Beer and boardgames. Anyone seen it. Quite funny. They play loads of others too!
