Can't remember the name of this old game...

Vague memories, but as I recall the playing pieces were tortoises, with wheels. You had to race each other to the finish line. The thing I recall most was that there were opportunities to take short cuts. In order to do so, there was a 3D plastic bust into which you slid a kind of credit card, this caused the bust to either nod or shake its head to confirm you could use the short cut. I had this game back when I was in primary school, as I recall taking it in on the last day of term for game day. So was around sometime between 80 and 84
