Monster Mystery

Hi everyone,

Does ANYONE remember a large flat cardboard toy called DIAL A MONSTER? (1969-73 ish.)

It resembled an antique picture frame with 4 real wooden knobs, and an aperture in the middle where the face was assembled...
The closest thing I can find is a toy from 'Amsco' called TOON A VISION!

The toy was very cool, and it featured knock-off images (I think) of Universal's Monsters... Mummy, Frankenstein etc....
If anyone remembers this, or incredibly, even has a picture. That would be amazing!

I had this toy circa 1970, I bought it in Ely in Cambridgeshire from a shop in the High Street... It was really cool and I've been trying to find it again for the last 10 years or so.

I had this wonderful toy, early 70's... Haven't seen it for 40/45 years....
