I wonder whose piece that is?

I've just acquired a copy of "The Great Balloon Race" by Parker as I want to give a copy to my niece and Nephew (while keeping my own)

It's main feature is that the ownership of each balloon is hidden, and anyone can move any one.
There are other games with hidden and secret ownership of pieces: can anyone recommend any good vintages ones?

But not "Cat's Mansion" by Spears (three copies with pictures on eBay, currently) which despite having lovely pieces, simply does not work! A cat fan might like it even so...
