Just started creating lists for the games (it will take a while though), the misses is alright, boarded loft cheap argos bookcases problem solved, does take a while every time I want to set up an old system though (could use emulators but its not the same for me)

same here regarding emulators its just not the same.
i rather have the games themselves for the actual computer it came out for.

Part of the fun of playing old games is waiting to see if they load, isn't it? That and using an old joystick that only has 1 button and 8 directions.

I've got an old BBC micro from c.'82, with an original green-screen monitor and all the other attendant bits (modem, manuals etc.) Plus a bagful of the old floppy discs with various programmes on them. That's the only old computer I have though.
As for games, I have two Sony Game Boys from the late '90s, and also a very early hand-held car race game that I bought in '83. I've barely ever used it, it's still in it's box! Also a TV plug-in game console from c.1979, with the old-style black & white 'at & ball' game plus a few others.
