..... first came out on the C64 as I recall. I now "play" the Vista version SH4 "Wolves of the Pacific" - brilliant graphics and everything is "real" - controlling a US sub, in WW2.

I remember playing what was probably the first graphical sub game on my VIC-20 - I remember it was Submarine Commander by Thorn EMI software - it was very atmospheric - a map, a periscope view and the sonar.
